CampJazz Registration

Applications must be received by June 15, 2012 to be considered for this year's COTA CampJazz.

A tuition deposit of $100 or full payment of $450 must accompany the application. If you want to reserve student housing for the week, an additional deposit of $100 is required (this online application will allow you to use Paypal or your credit card).
Balances are due by July 9 2012.
